Android mobile app

Point your phone's camera at the code, or open this link on your phone: updates.ampchor.com/beta/phone.apk

Download Ampchor Beta

  1. Open the download in Chrome on your phone.
  2. If Android asks, allow Chrome to install apps, then tap Install.
  3. Open Ampchor Beta and pair it with your computer.

Android TV app

Works on

  • Google TV and Android TV: Google TV Streamer, Chromecast with Google TV, onn Google TV boxes and sticks, NVIDIA Shield TV and TVs with Google TV or Android TV built in, like Sony, TCL, Hisense and Philips.
  • Fire TV: Fire TV Stick (3rd generation and later), Fire TV Stick Lite, Fire TV Stick 4K, Fire TV Stick 4K Max, Fire TV Cube and TVs with Fire TV built in.

Not for: the Fire TV Stick 4K Select and other new Fire TV Sticks on Amazon's Vega OS, the 1st and 2nd generation Fire TV Stick, Roku, Apple TV or Samsung and LG TVs.

  1. Turn on developer options. Google TV: Settings, System, About, then press Android TV OS build 7 times. Fire TV: Settings, My Fire TV, About, then press the device name 7 times.
  2. Install the free Downloader app by AFTVnews and allow it to install apps.
  3. In Downloader, type updates.ampchor.com/beta/tv.apk and install it.
  4. Open Ampchor Beta and pair it with your computer.

iOS app

For iPhone and iPad, through TestFlight, Apple's app for testing. The link: testflight.apple.com/join/Vck48PPD

  1. Install TestFlight from the App Store.
  2. Open the link on your iPhone or iPad, then tap Accept and Install.
  3. Open Ampchor and pair it with your computer.

Updates

When a new beta is ready, Ampchor Beta on your Android phone or TV shows Update available. Press Update, then Install. The first update asks once to let Ampchor Beta install apps. On iPhone and iPad, TestFlight brings each new beta.
