This website

This site is a simple, static showcase. It uses no analytics, no tracking pixels, no advertising and sets no cookies. Visiting it does not create an account or collect personal information.

The software

Ampchor is self-hosted: it runs on your own computer and your files stay on your own machine. It is not a cloud service, the studio has no servers that store your library and your media is never uploaded to us.

Metadata (posters, cover art, credits) is fetched from third-party providers to enrich your library; those requests are made by your own machine. Optional crash diagnostics, if enabled, are anonymous and can be turned off.
